She was a daughter of a Nebraska beauty queen, and eventually, Jaime King would become known as a major fashion model in her own right who would seamlessly make the transition to acting. Born in 1979, Jaime dropped out of high school to pursue modeling in New York, studying at Nancy Bounds’ Studios and conquering the pages of Harper’s Bazaar, Glamour, Vogue, Seventeen, all while still a teenager. Still, success had her price, as she was known to run with the likes of Kate Moss and others during the modeling high life of the 1990s.

It was as the 90s gave way to the 2000s when Jaime began making the transition to the big screen, beginning with the Sundance selection “Happy Campers” in 2001, along with a brief appearance in “Blow” and the summer blockbuster “Pearl Harbor,” both in that same year. A string of other films did not see wide release, but everything changed with “Bulletproof Monk” in 2003 opposite Asian titan Chow Yun-Fat. Her association in “White Chicks” was redeemed by her acceptance in “Sin City” in 2005, with Jaime playing the dual role of Goldie and Wendy. Jaime bounced around in an eclectic journey over the last three years with appearances in “The O.C.,” “Fanboys” (where she would meet husband Kyle Newman), “The Alibi,” “The Class,” and most recently, “The Spirit” for Frank Miller.

We were a little torn up when we found out that the twins from 'Sin City' weren't really twins. Both parts were played by Jaime King. You'll realize, though, that one is just plenty when you see her photo and video clip updates on Instagram.
