After appearing as a guest star in the popular teen TV series “Ghostwriter,” Julia went on to pursue a television career and gained critical recognition for her role in the NBC miniseries “The 60’s” in 1999. Julia effortlessly began her budding film career in the Shakespearean hit “10 Things I Hate About You,” winning a MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Female Performance. Julia was named as one of Teen People’s 21 Hottest Stars Under 21 and attended Ivy-league Columbia University on her downtime.

Julia continued to appear in the modern day Shakespeare classics “Hamlet” and “O,” before finally making her mark with the critics in “Save the Last Dance.” She has also appeared in the romantic comedy “A Guy Thing and “Mona Lisa Smile” with Julia Roberts.

More movie fans got to know her with her role as Nicky opposite Matt Damon in the Jason Bourne films. She satrted with a small role in “The Bourne Identity” (2002) and then her role expanded in the following installments with “The Bourne Supremacy” (2004), “The Bourne Ultimatum” (2007). and then finally “Jason Bourne” (2016).
