Boxing is not what it used to be in the most recent glory days of Ali, Frasier, Sugar Ray and the Hands of Stone. Even the more recent era of Mike Tyson's early career seem long ago.
One problem may be that boxing is a victim of it's own success. With so many premium fights on pay-per-view, many young people don't get exposed to the best fights and fighters have a more difficult time developing a following.
