If you looked up simple beauty in the dictionary, well, you probably wouldn't find anything. But if you could, you would find a picture of Liv Tyler. Liv's natural good looks, coupled with her playful innocence, have made her one of the most desired young women in Hollywood today, regardless of the small number of films she has appeared in throughout the past decade.

The daughter of a legendary rock star, Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, Liv began her career at age fourteen when she skyrocketed as a model onto the pages of every major magazine from Seventeen to Interview. Liv soon began to appear in Aerosmith music videos like "Crazy" alongside fellow, naive beauty queen Alicia Silverstone and sparked a quick acting career as the resident good girl in a number of Generation-X features. She soon landed roles in the indie hit "Empire Records" and the blockbuster "Armageddon," alongside Bruce Willis and Ben Affleck, before slowly fading out of the limelight. Best known to fans for her role as Arwen the Elf in J.R.R. Tolkien's "Lord of the Rings" trilogy, Liv's career has since been refreshed, and we can only hope to see more of the incredibly sexy Tyler in the near future.

Liv Tyler on the Screen

Liv exploded onto the Hollywood scene with her Generation-X film "Empire Records" and was quickly hand-selected by famed director Bernardo Bertolucci for his film "Stealing Beauty" for which she received critical acclaim. Liv later went on to star in Tom Hank's "That Thing You Do," "Armageddon" and Peter Jackson's extremely successful and brilliant adaptation of the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy.

With the latest success of the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy, which swept the 2004 Academy Awards with eleven Oscars, Liv will appear in the drama "August Rush," as well as in the adventure film "Coin Locker Babies" in early 2007. One of the many beautiful women featured here on Bullz-Eye that has unfortunately already married some lavish rock star (Royston Langdon of Spacehog), at least we can still sit back and dream.

Liv Says

On the Academy Awards:
"I just think it's really funny and entertaining. I mean, I don't necessarily take them really seriously - I don't even think a lot of really good films get seen. But I don't think that's what it's about."

On her comparison to Liz Taylor:
"It's cool to be compared to her, but honestly who gives a damn"

On the Elvish language:
"It's an amazing thing, really. It's a legitimate language. There are only a certain amount of people in the world who can speak it, like Oxford professors and what not. It's such a beautiful language too, it's really brilliant."
