It used to be that baseball was America's Favorite Pastime, and while that may still hold true, football has closed the gap considerably the past few years. It's unclear whether that's more due to baseball's steroid problems or improvements to the NFL game, but the fact of the matter is, for most guys, it doesn't get any better than a Sunday afternoon spent sitting in front of the TV, beer and chips close at hand, watching guys like LaDainian Tomlinson, Reggie Bush and Tom Brady work their magic on the field. That's not to say that the NFL is without its own flaws (don't get us started on the officiating), but between NFL Sunday Ticket and fantasy football, the NFL is more popular than ever.
