Los Angeles is loaded with beautiful women, and yes, some of them work in the strip joints. There’s no shortage of talent in this town, so there’s no shortage of talent in the various gentlemen’s clubs.

That said, LA is not known for having great strip clubs. The local ordinances have ensured that the LA clubs are now as wild as others around the country. Also, the strip clubs in the area are VERY expensive. You don’t quite get the “entertainment value” that you’ll find in other cities. Finally, Las Vegas is very close, so plenty of LA talent shuffles off to Vegas each weekend to work in strip joint central.

Some of the best LA strip clubs are located in the Hollywood area, though you’ll find other good clubs hidden away in the greater Los Angeles area and Orange County.

Here are some spots to consider:

The Body Shop
This famous strip joint in the heart of Hollywood on Sunset Boulevard has all-nude dancers. Demi Moore did her research here when preparing for her role in “Striptease.” The dancers are hot and the atmosphere is lively, so it’s a good stop in crazy Hollywood.

Spearmint Rhino
This upscale gentlemen’s club is a solid choice in LA. If you want to really enjoy it, pick the City of Industry location over the downtown location.

4Play Gentleman’s Club
This all-nude club has a nice atmosphere and a very convenient location near the 405. The cover charge is reasonable, but you need to buy two over-priced drinks, and since they can’t serve alcohol at an all-nude club, you’re stuck buying non-alcoholic drinks.
