The key is always finding good value for your money, combining your required amenities with your desired location. The government issues a star rating to each hotel based on a complicated formula, but there are tax benefits for the hotels to be listed a star less than their actual rating. The government won’t add a star to the rating, but it will take one away under certain circumstances.
