After making her rounds on the television circuit with recurring roles in “Melrose Place” and “Spin City,” Denise received her first starring role in the cult sci-fi film, “Starship Troopers.” Denise followed up the wild success of the bug-invasion film with her sexy portrayal alongside Matt Dillon and Neve Campbell in “Wild Things.” The steamy threesome scene in the film is perhaps the most famous sex scene in the last twenty years. Denise continued to ride the wave of success with appearances as the Bond Girl in “The World is Not Enough” and as White She-Devil in “Undercover Brother.” More recently, Denise choice to settle down and start a family with actor/husband Charlie Sheen, but less than a year after giving birth to their first child, she proved that she was still on top by appearing nude in the December 2004 issue of Playboy. Since then, Denise has managed to appear in small roles for “Scary Movie 3” and “Love Actually,” and it looks like she hasn’t called it quits just yet.

Kate Beckinsale on the Screen
Denise isn't one of the better actresses in Hollywood today, but she's still one of the best looking, and we won't let her lack of talent keep her down. In fact, Denise has done pretty well over the last decade in the industry, with appearances in cult classics like "Starship Troopers" and "Wild Things," franchises like "The World is Not Enough" and "Scary Movie 3," as well as box-office underdogs like "Love Actually" and "Undercover Brother." OK, so they're not exactly the type of roles you'd call your mother about, but who's really keeping track of the wins and losses for this sultry bombshell? Round two with Neve Campbell, anyone?
Denise's only upcoming film role will be in the David Mamet-scripted "Edmond" (December 20), but we're sure that she'll have plenty of time to work now that she's officially divorced from Charlie Sheen, that is, after giving birth to the couple's second child together. Ooh...that's gotta sting.
"Doing love scenes is always awkward. I mean, it's just not a normal thing to go to work and lay in bed with your co-worker."
On kissing Neve Campbell in "Wild Things":
"I don't know what the big issue is it. It's a role, and I think a bigger issue is made out of it. It was a part I took and it's what the character did, so I did it."
