When the Minnesota Vikings opened U.S. Bank Stadium in 2016 I couldn’t wait to go and see an NFL game there. The architecture was beautiful and it was truly an amazing structure. But more than the game or the structure, I remember the experience of spending literally the entire third quarter (not hyperbole) in line for food.
