We wanted to point out this interesting story from Thrillist about a quest for the best burger joint in America, and then what happened to the place listed as having the “best burger.” The title gives you a hint – “I Found the Best Burger Place in America. And Then I Killed It.”
The article touches on a number of fascinating topics. What happens to a small, local restaurant that’s a hidden treasure that suddenly becomes the “must-visit” spot for foodies and tourists?
It also touches on many of the trends we dealt with here at Bullz-Eye in terms of the listacle craze and other aspects of online publishing.
It’s a great read that makes you think about the changing face of publishing and the impact some articles can have on the subjects they’re covering. Check it out.
