The series starts Wednesday, October 3, 2007. The Cubs play the D’Backs at Arizona in Games 1 and 2. They bring it home for the weekend for games 3 and 4 (if necessary) at Wrigleyfield.

In other Chicago news, a double derailment on the Southside of the city is the talk of the town, as well as the NTSB verdict in the fatal Southwest Airlines accident, which occurred in December 2005, and resulted in the death of a six-year-old boy. In the double derailment accident, the FBI is now involved as evidence of tampering was discovered in a separate train incident last week.
