Born in 1985 in Canada, Julia made her start in reality shows and online TV talk shows before being cast as one of the leads of 2009’s “Bitch Slap.” In 2009 she starred as Agent #1 on “The Phone,” but it was her motion capture work for the “Resident Evil” video game series that established her popularity and fanbase. As a teenager, she modeled in Japan and is now living on the west coast, continuing to expand on her acting talents.

She was Jill Valentine in “Biohazard,” the 2002 “Resident Evil” video game. Lately, she attracted loads of attention with “Bitch Slap” and appeared in the 2009 reality show, “The Phone.”
She will be part of the low-budget comedy, “The Anniversary,” which will probably see a festival run at first. She is also young Amanda in “Love Hurts.”
On being driven:
“You can be gorgeous, but if you don’t want to work for it nothing is not going to happen. No one is going to knock on your door and offer it to you. Nothing comes to you on a silver platter. You have to earn your success, and earning it for yourself makes it more rewarding in the end.”
