Bubblegum pop diva Jessica Simpson has made her own statement on being sexy and has since become one of the most successful female artists in the past decade. Jessica's self-proclaimed chastity has teased men all around the world during her on-again-off-again relationship with 98 Degrees member Nick Lachey, but in the end it was true: the Christian-raised daddy's girl really had waited until marriage.
Jessica's career began as a child born star in Texas on the Christian Youth Concert circuit where she sang and sold home-recorded albums after the shows. After losing a role on the "Mickey Mouse Club" to fellow pop stars Britney Spears and Christina Aguillera, she signed with Columbia Records and released the albums Sweet Kisses and Irresistible, both proving to be pop hits.
Jessica's greatest fame has arrived by way of her ditzy personality on the extremely successful post-marriage reality show "Newlyweds." She has since begun a small acting career, appearing in episodes of "The Twilight Zone" and "That 70's Show," with aspirations of making it even farther up the Hollywood ladder. While Jessica isn't exactly the smartest gal around, she certainly has the star power to hit it big in everything she does.
