"The Dark Knight Rises," the hotly anticipated conclusion to Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy, has been in theaters for a few weeks now, so we're pretty confident that most people have seen it at least once, if not several times. And now, thanks to Titan Books, you can read the film's enthralling official novelization by author Don Cox, which follows the story of the blockbuster movie and also features other details not seen in the film, including a short passage about the whereabouts of The Joker.
