It’s been 42 years since Ian Fleming’s last James Bond novel, but with the reinvention of 007 on the big screen, Doubleday is releasing a brand new Bond adventure, Devil May Care, to be released in conjunction with what would have been Fleming’s 100th birthday. The new novel is written by Sebastian Faulks, and according to Doubleday president Stephen Rubin, Devil May Care is “pure Fleming channeled by Faulks – a madcap adventure, a romantic romp, and a book you can devour in one sitting.
