Part 3 of Your Personal Ad: Always Be Closing

Find out what's the single-most effective word to use in your personal ad…and why it must appear at least three times in the text. Here's the third and final installment of the WeeklyScore.com's exclusive three-part series on how to write effective personal ads that will get you women. And don't forget about Part 1 and Part 2 of this series!

Publisher's Note:
The following article is taken directly from the Guaranteed To Get A Date Guide 2nd edition. Though it's still in the final stages of production, we will be releasing our 2nd edition in a couple of weeks; that's how popular and successful the Guide has been at helping hundreds of guys get women from dating Web sites. If you want to get a copy of the first edition of the Guaranteed To Get A Date Guide, you'll automatically be on our e-mail list to receive the 2nd edition.

Okay guys, here it is, the last installment of the three-part series on how to write personal ads that get women.

In the first and second articles, I explained the advertising/copywriting technique that's been so successful for my members. You might remember it: it's called the 3-U Method.

The 3-Us stand for:

Uniqueness
Ultra-Specific
Urgency

I also showed you how to use uniqueness and ultra-specificity in the first two elements of your personal ad: the headline and the personal profile.

Today I'm going to show you how to use urgency in the last element of your personal ad: the close.

All right, let's say you've written a stunning headline that gets the attention of a chick. She clicks on your personal ad to read more. Your personal profile is great. It teases her senses and takes her on a romantic journey. At the end of your personal ad you have two choices: 1) End it will a dud, or 2) end it with splash.

Obviously, you want to go out with a bang and leave a lasting impression on her.

So once you have a woman interested in your personal ad profile, it's time to seal the deal. And the only way you can seal the deal is by making her act immediately.

Listen to me closely, because this is incredibly important. The whole point of writing a unique and ultra-specific personal ad profile is to convey a sense of urgency so she e-mails you NOW.

Not tomorrow…not next week…. NOW!

The sooner she e-mails you, the sooner you can be laying the all-important groundwork for seducing her on your date.

That's why it's important to instill a sense of urgency in your personal ad. Specifically, you want to implement what's known in the advertising and sales world as a "call to action."

I guarantee you've seen words or phrases that are calls to action, but you probably were unaware of it. For instance, have you ever noticed that when a pop-up ad suddenly appears on your computer screen there's usually a sentence or two that directs you to another link to get more information?

For example, you've probably seen these phrases before…but haven't thought twice about them:

  • Act now!

  • Visit here to XXX

  • Discover the XXX

  • Learn about the XXX

  • Experience the XXX

  • For more information, follow XXX

Well, this strategy is no different than the strategy you should use in your personal ad.

Remember, women know that they're competing with thousands of other women. If they come across a good personal ad that intrigues them, they'll e-mail you instantly to beat the competition.

At least that's what you're hoping for.

Now, there are several ways to convey urgency and a call to action in your close, but the most effective way I've found is the "I'll be going here next week, wanna go?" scenario.

Women love going somewhere new and different. And if you can tease her by saying you'll be visiting this place or that place next week, this will force her to e-mail you within seconds.

For more information, about writing an effective close, visit the www.weeklyscore.com.

Some other phrases to use are:

  • If you're interested in visiting XYZ, send me an e-mail.

  • I think you'll love it. Let's go next week.

  • If you've never been, you should go there at least once in your life

This should get you started. But if you want to get a copy of the Guaranteed to Get a Date Guide to discover all of my secrets and techniques on writing a stunning headline, personal profile and the close, visit the WeeklyScore.com.

Happy scoring,
