With the wet shaving craze that has emerged in recent years, many men have rediscovered the lost art of shaving and the relaxation of a classic wet shave. Meanwhile, there are plenty of guys who haven’t tried it or just don’t get the allure.
Wet shaving at home isn’t for everyone. I can appreciate it but still prefer the speed and simplicity of using modern, multi-blade razors, even with the ridiculous prices that go along with that. That said, I can still appreciate the experience of having an experience barber give a wet shave.
If you haven’t tried it, this might be a nice way to treat yourself and even your friends the next time you have a long weekend or a vacation. It’s also a great way to kick off a bachelor party weekend or a relaxing way to get a groom ready on his big day.
Once you try it, you may just find yourself getting the gear to do this at home, or at the very least you’ll have a new way to spoil yourself when you need a way to relax.
